Kenneth "Kenny" Ray Mauney

DATELINE:  KINGS MOUNTAIN, NORTH CAROLINA Kenneth Ray Mauney Kenneth Ray Mauney, 43, of Kings Mountain, NC, passed away on September 04, 2022. He was born in Gaston County, NC. Kenny was preceded in death by a sister, Wendy Nicole Mauney. Kenny was an avid fisherman and bow hunter. He worked in the telecommunications industry for many years. Kenny was of the Baptist Faith. He was a wonderful and dedicated father to his children and loved spending time with his family. Kenny graduated Kings Mountain High School and was a talented musician and singer. He was selected to be a part of the Kings Revue while attending high school. He enjoyed anything to do with history and loved learning about his family's history. He was a loving father, son, brother and friend to many. His kindness and love will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.
