LAURANA KING CAMP - Laurana King Camp, age 45, resident of Shelby, NC went to be with the Lord on June 21, 2016 at Carolinas Healthcare System, Main, Charlotte, NC. She was born in Cleveland Co. NC. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Samuel King and maternal grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Howard Green. Laurana was a store manager with Kangaroo Convenient Store, Shelby, NC. She attended Harvest Baptist Church, Kings Mtn. NC. She enjoyed working in her flower garden and watching football. She was always present to cheer on her son, Jacob, at his high school football games. She was Crest High School Football team's biggest fan. She was a friend to many and everyone who met her loved her wonderful personality and kindness.

SURVIVORS: Son: Jacob Camp, Shelby, NC Daughter: Christa Camp, Shelby, NC Parents: Toney and Geraldine Green King, Kings Mtn. NC Brother: Shawn King, Grover, NC Grandson: Liam Woody Nephew: Carston King Numerous friends.

FUNERAL SERVICE: Ollie Harris Memorial Chapel, Sunday, June 26, 2016 3:00 P.M. Rev. Gary Teague and Rev. Bob Hope, officiating.

VISITATION: 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. Saturday evening, June 25, 2016 at Harris Funeral Home, Kings Mountain, North Carolina and other times at the home of the parents, 109 Croft Drive Kings Mountain.

INTERMENT: Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Kings Mountain, North Carolina
