Letha Spearman Metcalf

Letha Spearman Metcalf, age 89, resident of Kings Mountain, passed away peacefully on June 1, 2016 . Born in Cleveland County, she was the daughter of the late John Spearman and Laura Mae Rice Spearman. She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Jacob Kenneth Metcalf and was also preceded in death by her sister, Alda Childers and brothers James Spearman, Earl Spearman, Raymond Spearman and Glenn Spearman. She was a charter member of Oak View Baptist Church and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who will be greatly missed.
