Lillian Geneva (Hoyle) Greene

DATELINE:  KINGS MOUNTAIN, NORTH CAROLINA Lillian Hoyle Greene Lillian Hoyle Greene, 92, of Kings Mountain, NC, passed away on November 17, 2019 at her home. She was born in Rutherford County, NC, to the late Belo Hoyle and Florance Ross Hoyle. She was also preceded in death by a son, Amos Wayne Greene; son in law, Michael Glenn, brothers, Herman, Bernie, Billy and Robert Hoyle and sisters Ruth Kimbrell and Modene Landis. Lillian was a long time member of Macedonia Baptist Church. She enjoyed quilting and sewing. She loved visiting and volunteering at the Patrick Senior Center and at area nursing homes. She was devoted to her faith and to her Lord and Savior. Lillian was a wonderful homemaker, loving wife, mother and grandmother. She will be greatly missed by her loving family and friends.
