Louise Harrison Dover

LOUISE HARRISON DOVER - Louise Harrison Dover, age 88, resident of 620 E. King Street, Kings Mountain, NC died April 25, 2015 at Kings Mountain Hospice House. She was born in Lincoln Co. NC and a lifelong resident of Kings Mountain. She was preceded in death by her parents, the late Dewy "DC" Columbus Harrison and Mary Sigmon Harrison; and her husband, Paul Dover. Mrs. Dover was retired from BellSouth after over 30 years of service. She was an active member of First Baptist Church, Kings Mtn. where she was a member of the Ruth Sunday School Class. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, sister and friend who enjoyed gardening and spending time with her dear friends.

SURVIVORS: Sons: Allen Dover and wife Laurie, Charlotte, NC Tim Dover and wife Beth, Spartanburg, SC Brother: Joe Lee Harrison, Myrtle Beach, SC Sister: Bernice Cloninger, Mt. Pleasant, NC 4 Grandchildren: Ashley Dover Sorrow and husband John; Timmy Anne Dover Ferguson and husband Grant; Caroline Harrison Dover; and Johnathan Paul Dover. 2 Great Grandchildren: Iris Ferguson and Lela Kate Sorrow

GRAVESIDE SERVICE: Mountain Rest Cemetery, Tuesday, April 28, 2015 3:00 P.M. Dr. John Sloan, officiating.

VISITATION: Family will speak to friends immediately following the service in the cemetery and other times at the home, 620 E. King Street, Kings Mountain, NC 28086
