Luther "Leonard" Champion, 75, resident of Kings Mountain, passed away at Carolinas HealthCare - Cleveland, May 22, 2017. Born in Cleveland County, he was the son of the late Robert Floyd Champion and Annie Bell Bowen Champion. Luther was also preceded in death by brothers Odell, Haskell and Albert. He was a Godly husband, father, grandfather, friend who was a hard worker. He was an owner of an antique and drywall business.

FUNERAL SERVICE: Friday, May 26, 2017 3:00 PM, Oak Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Ron Owensby officiating.
VISITATION: 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM in the church sanctuary prior to the service
INTERMENT: Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery
