Margaret Juanita Canipe, 75, of Grover, NC, passed away on May 18, 2023 at White Oak Manor Shelby in Shelby, NC. She was born in Cleveland County, NC, daughter of the late Calvin "Cab" and Edna Cook Tessneer. She was a skilled cake decorator and she owned and operated a daycare center for many years. Margaret loved watching television preaching, true crime, and reality shows. Margaret loved her Lord and her family with all her heart and soul. She will be missed dearly by everyone whose life she touched.

SURVIVORS: Children: David Canipe (Toni) of Boiling Springs, NC; Tammy Hollifield (Kenneth) of Shelby, NC.

Siblings: Judy Allred (Alvin) of Tennessee; Carolyn Young of Kings Mountain, NC; Deborah Perone (Sam) of Arizona

Grandchildren: Jennifer Wilson (Alex); Amber Wilson; Jamie Hollifield; Allison Canipe; Corey Canipe; Trey Canipe

Great-Grandchildren: Emma Martin; Paisley Canipe; Waylon Canipe

Nephew: Lee Sisk              Nieces: Terri Clark and Nikki Johnson

In addition, Margaret is survived by her friend of 30 years, Kathy Queen (Ken), Kenny and Tim Queen, and Ginger Tesseniar.

FUNERAL SERVICE: Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at 2:00 PM in the Ollie Harris Memorial Chapel

VISITATION: Tuesday, May 23, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 1:50 PM prior to the service at Harris Funeral Home

INTERMENT: Mountain Rest Cemetery, Kings Mountain, North Carolina
