Margaret Louise Horn, 101, of Kings Mountain, NC, passed away on September 21, 2023 at her home. She was born in Cleveland County, NC, daughter of the late Wright and Ella Dover Huffstetler and was preceded in death by her husband of 24 years, Holland Arnold Horn Sr. Margaret was also preceded in death by her brothers, Kermit, Lucio, Howard, Ernest (Buck), Jacob, Bobby, and William Huffstetler, her sisters, Corrie Weaver, and Juanita Hill, a son, Holland Arnold (Arnie) Horn Jr. and a grandson, Randy Dale Horn. She was a longtime member of Oak Grove Baptist Church and worked as a dietitian most of her life. Margaret enjoyed her time working in food service at Kings Mountain District Schools, Hudson Hosiery and Kings Mountain Hospital. She also worked at Kings Mountain Convalescent Center and at Belk Department Store as a seamstress. Margaret was a wonderful cook and enjoyed preparing meals for her family. She enjoyed growing beautiful flowers, sewing, and keeping a tidy home. Margaret possessed a sharp wit and a wonderful sense of humor. She was a remarkable homemaker, loving mother and gracious grandmother to her many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. A prayer warrior for her family and friends, she always loved to share her walk with the Lord which was clearly evident to everyone she met.  She will be missed dearly by everyone who knew her.

Grandchildren: Jackie Horn, Ronald Horn, Donna Floyd (Kris),David Horn, Terry Connor, Pamela Connor Stacy (Bobby), Sandy Wooldridge (Wade), Tony Horn (Kim), and Brian Horn (Laura)

Great Grandchildren: Cheyenne, Corey, Jacob, Jordan, Dominic, Kyle, Rainie, Sarah, Holland, Brandy, Randy, Nick, Brittney, Miranda, and Kassie

Great-Great Grandchildren: Chandler, Angel, Daila, Bryson, Carson, Kailand, Hadley, Mason, Reagan, Clovis, Rosalie, Addalyn, and Kolt

FUNERAL SERVICE: Monday, September 25, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Oak Grove Baptist Church with Pastor Jason Allen and Rev. Don Horn, officiating

VISITATION: Monday, September 25, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 1:50 PM prior to the service at Oak Grove Baptist Church

INTERMENT: Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery
