NAME: MARGARET BEAM NEELY - Margaret Beam Neely, age 92, a resident of 312 Mulberry Road, Grover, NC, died Saturday, July 9, 2011 at Cleveland Pines Nursing Center, Shelby, NC. She was born in Cherokee County, SC, daughter of the late Samuel Monroe and Mollie Brown Beam, and was preceded in death by six brothers and four sisters. An active member of Bethany Baptist Church, she was a former Sunday School teacher, choir member and church secretary. She loved to read her bible work word search puzzles and and watch her Atlanta Braves. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother and MawMaw and a friend of everyone. She retired from Minette Mills, Grover after 42 years.

Son: Mike Neely, Grover, NC

Daughter: Vickie Neely Hoke and husband Craig, Columbus, MS

Grandchildren: Tommy Dover, Eddie Hoke and wife Dani, Abby Robertson and husband Bryan, Sean Hoke and Megan Burke and husband Josh. Great

FUNERAL SERVICE: Bethany Baptist Church, Wednesday, July 13, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. Rev. Scott Hardin, officiating.

VISITATION: 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Tuesday night at Harris Funeral Home
