MARK WAYNE BUMGARDNER - Mark Wayne Bumgardner, age 50, resident of Grover, NC died August 30, 2013 at Carolinas Medical Center, Charlotte, NC after a battle with Lung Cancer. He was born on February 6 in Rutherford Co. to the late Thomas Harold Bumgardner. He was also preceded in death by his brother, David Roy Bumgardner.
