Mary Goforth Anthony

MARY GOFORTH ANTHONY - Mary Goforth Anthony, age 89, a resident of Kings Mountain, died December 12, 2011 at Kings Mountain Hospice House. She was a native of Cleveland Co., daughter of the late Grady and Edith Harmon Goforth. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, James E. "Jim" Anthony, Jr., and 2 sisters, Polly Pharr and Rachel Lopez. She was a retired secretary from West School after 23 years of service and an active member of Boyce Memorial ARP Church in Kings Mountain.
