DATELINE:  BESSEMER CITY, NORTH CAROLINA Mary Sue Teaster Mary Sue Teaster, 72, of Bessemer City, NC, passed away on March 07, 2019 at Atrium Health - Cleveland in Shelby, NC. She was born in Cherokee County, SC, to the late Aileen Ramsey and was preceded in death by her husband of 20 years, Jethro Lee Teaster. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Curt Ruppe and Lemual Terry. Mary was a faithful Christian and was a member of 8th Street Church of God in Bessemer City. She was a loving person who never had a harsh word to say about anyone. Mary enjoyed working puzzles, fishing and growing beautiful flowers. She loved spending time in the mountains of Tennessee and loved going to the beach. Mary loved spending time with her family. She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
