Michael Eugene Camp Sr.

DATELINE:  KINGS MOUNTAIN, NORTH CAROLINA Michael Eugene Camp Sr. Michael Eugene Camp Sr., 69, of Kings Mountain, NC, passed away on August 01, 2022 at White Oak Manor in Kings Mountain, NC. He was born in Cleveland County, NC, son of the late Mack and Millie Phillips Camp and was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Megan Heavener, a brother, Bobby Camp, and his mother-in-law, Evelyn Ramey. Michael was a longtime member of East Gold Street Wesleyan Church and retired from Advanced Auto Distribution Center after more than 30 years of service. In his spare time, Michael enjoyed vegetable gardening and spending time outdoors, tending his lawn. Michael enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and loved taking his family on beach trips. He was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather whose guidance and love will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.
