Michael "Mike" Mckinley Pruitt

MICHAEL "MIKE" McKINLEY PRUITT -Michael "Mike" McKinley Pruitt, age 69 resident of 115 Scism Rd. Kings Mountain, NC was taken from us too soon on October 17, 2016 at the Testa Family Hospice House. He was born in Cleveland Co. NC to the late Rev. Mitchell Pruitt and Etta Rae Hawkins Pruitt. He was also preceded in death by his step-son; Trent Lovelace. Mr. Pruitt was an exceptional salesman and was very passionate about work. He was a member of Grace Covenant Church of God, Shelby, NC. Mike was a wonderful, loving, and generous husband, father, brother, grandfather and friend. He was always willing to go out of his way to help those in need and had a special love for his dogs and cherished their companionship.

Mickey Pruitt and wife Peggy, Dallas, NC Daughter: Lisa Pruitt Waters and husband Jack, Lawndale, NC Step-Daughters: Penny Dowda and husband Charlie, Kings Mtn. NC Ann Marie Wright and husband Lenny, Kings Mtn. NC Brothers: Don Pruitt and wife Renae, Gastonia, NC Doug Pruitt and wife Lynn, Kings Mtn. NC Sister: Pat Pruitt Thomas, Shelby, NC 14 Grandchildren: Kinlee, Colby, Kady, Crystal, Leah, Cassie, Candie, Charley, Silas, Luke, Landon, Lexi, Livi, and Blake. 4 Great Grandchildren

MEMORIAL SERVICE: Patterson Grove Baptist Church, Thursday, October 20, 2016 4:00 P.M. Rev. Mickey Pruitt and Rev. Brian Johnson, officiating.

VISITATION: 6:30 - 8:30 P.M. Wednesday evening, October 19, 2016 in the Family Life Center of Patterson Grove Baptist Church and other times at the home, 115 Scism Rd Kings Mountain, North Carolina
