Norma Elaine Brown

Norma Elaine Brown, 76, of Kings Mountain, NC, passed away on July 15, 2023 at her home. She was born in Greenville County, SC, daughter of the late Reverend Norman Brown and was preceded in death by her brother, Mike Brown. Elaine was a longtime member of First Baptist Church in Kings Mountain. She worked as an airline stewardess for more than 20 years with Eastern Airline. After leaving the travel industry, Elaine worked as a pet groomer. This career allowed her to be around animals which she loved very much. Elaine was an accomplished artist who was awarded a scholarship to attend Gardner Webb College to further her education in the arts. She was a wonderful daughter and sister and loved by many. She will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved Elaine.

Sister: April Brown Morris, Cherryville, NC

MEMORIAL SERVICE: Tuesday, July 18, 2023 at 4:00 PM at Bethlehem Baptist Church with Reverend Dr. John Sloan officiating and Reverend Dr. Steve Taylor

VISITATION: Tuesday, July 18, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 3:50 PM prior to the service in the sanctuary of Bethlehem Baptist Church

INTERMENT: Private family burial
