Peggy Wright Dixon

PEGGY WRIGHT DIXON - Peggy Wright Dixon, age 78, resident of 205 N. Piedmont Ave, Kings Mountain, NC went to be with the Lord on February 13, 2013 at Gaston Memorial Hospital. She was born in Cleveland Co. NC to the late Mary Hester Wright. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Grady Dixon. Mrs. Dixon was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church and in recent years, attended Second Baptist Church, Kings Mtn. She was a homemaker, loving mother and grandmother.

SURVIVORS: Daughters: Margaret Dixon and fiancAC. Thomas Watts, Kings Mtn Helen Ross and husband David, Bessemer City, NC Jane Dixon, Kings Mtn. NC Carolyn Parker and husband Bobby, Roxboro, NC Penny Hobbs, Kings Mtn. NC Son: Eugene Dixon and wife Mary, Kings Mtn. NC Brother: Bobby Wright, Bessemer City, NC 14 Grandchildren and 18 Great Grandchildren.

FUNERAL SERVICE: Second Baptist Church, Sunday, February 17, 2013 2:00 P.M. Rev. David Ross, Jr. and Rev. James Lochridge, officiating.

VISITATION: 7:00 - 9:00 P.M. Saturday evening, February 16, 2013 at Harris Funeral Home and other times at the home, 205 N. Piedmont Ave, Kings Mountain, NC

INTERMENT: Mountain Rest Cemetery, Kings Mountain, North Carolina
