PERCY STOKES LYNN - Percy Stokes Lynn, age 89, resident of Kings Mountain, NC died March 31, 2013 at Belaire Healthcare Center, Gastonia, NC. He was born in Gaston Co. NC to the late Newman Thomas Lynn and Tressie Flum Lynn. He was also preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Betty Herndon Lynn, brothers; John Lynn and Bill Lynn and sisters; Macie Champion, Mary Champion, and Anna Bell Huffstetler. Mr. Lynn was retired from Fiber Industries, Shelby, NC and served in the United States Army during World War II.

SURVIVORS: Sons: David S. Lynn and wife Mary, Kings Mtn. NC Buddy W. Lynn and wife Helen, Franklin, NC Daughters: Ginger L. Hall, Kings Mtn. NC Sandra L. Shields, Gastonia, NC Sisters: Betty Lutz, Gastonia, NC Barbara Bohannon, Kings Mtn. NC 9 Grandchildren: Trent Rhea and wife Monica, Tiffany Rhea Stinnett, Bergen Hall and wife Amanda, Sheldon Lynn, Jessica Lynn Honea and husband Richie, Leah Hall, Sara Lynn Williams and husband Trey, Mary Kathryn Lynn Maynard and husband John, and Kevin Lynn. 8 Great Grandchildren: Kaylin Rhea, Addison Stinnett, Trevor Rhea, Bryce Hall, Rachel Honea, Hayden Lynn, Sophie Williams, and Jase Hanna.
