DATELINE: KINGS MOUNTAIN, NORTH CAROLINA Phillip Anthony Farmer Phillip Anthony Farmer, 64, of Kings Mountain, NC, passed away peacefully on October 22, 2020 at his home. He was born in Georgia, son of the late Thomas Verlin Farmer. Phil was a former warehouse supervisor at Rowley Company in Gastonia, NC. He was always active in the community as the President of the White Plains Shrine Club, a member of Fairview Masonic Lodge #339, a member of the Sons of the American Legion Post 155, and a member of the American Legion Riders Post 155. He also enjoyed spending time with his friends, riding motorcycles, and competing in BBQ competitions with his cooking team, "Hurry-Up BBQ". Phil was always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need. No matter the need, he was very generous with his time and talents. He was a wonderful loving husband, father, and friend. Phil's caring, giving, and loving spirit will be missed greatly by all who knew him.
