- Phyllis Elaine Gossett Patterson, age 58, a resident of Kings Mountain, North Carolina, was called home by her Lord on Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at Carolina Medical Center, Charlotte. She was born in Cleveland County, daughter of the Late Shirley Mae Hinson. She was a homemaker and a member of Second Baptist Church, Cherryville. She was a wonderful Mother, a dear friend, and a Mom to anyone who needed one.
