DATELINE:  DALLAS, NORTH CAROLINA Richard Paul Dover Richard Paul Dover, 75, of Dallas, NC, passed away on March 14, 2021 at his home.  He was born in York County, SC, son of the late Jeff and Pauline Darr Dover and was preceded in death by a brother, Phillip Dover. Richard retired from the textile industry after a lifetime of service. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. His love and guidance will be missed greatly by his loving family and friends.
