Russell Wayne Stevens, Sr.  75, of Grover, NC, passed away on December 27, 2023 at Atrium Health Cleveland in Shelby, NC.  Born in Lancaster, SC,  He was son of the late Johnny Stevens and Myrtle Threat Stevens.  He was also preceded in death by his siblings, Donald Stevens, Frank Stevens, Bobby Jean Stevens, Jo Ann Stevens and Mary Mack Stevens.    Russell was a good Dad in his own unique way, always enjoying spending time with his children and grandchildren.  He was a member of Allen Memorial Baptist Church, Grover, NC.   He loved animals, working on his tractor and fishing. Russell will be dearly missed by everyone he knew and loved
