Sandra Kay (Philbeck) Whaley

DATELINE:  SHELBY, NORTH CAROLINA Sandra Kay Whaley Sandra Kay Whaley, 72, of Kings Mountain, NC, passed away on December 20, 2018 at Peak Resources in Shelby, NC.  Born in Gaston County, she was the daughter of the late Clarence Philbeck and Lillie Mae Sanders. Sandra was a former hairdresser and Certified Nursing Assistant. She loved to shop and attend church. Sandra loved her grandchildren with all her heart. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend who will be greatly missed.
