SANDY MELTON QUEEN - Sandy Melton Queen, age 59, a resident of Kings Mountain, NC, died Tuesday, April 25, 2011 at Gaston Memorial Hospital. Born in Cleveland County, North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Betty Jean Melton Thompson. A member of First Baptist Church, Kings Mountain, she was a loving mother and a very giving person. She loved to travel.
