SHIRLEY BROOME McFALLS - Shirley Broome McFalls, age 73, resident of Charlotte, NC went to be with the Lord and Savior on August 10, 2011 at Charlotte Health Care Center while surrounded by her loving family. She was born on October 16, 1937 in Mecklenburg Co. NC to the late Earl and Cora Keesler Broome. She was also preceded in death by sister, Barbara Eberhart and brothers, Earl "Buddy" Broome and John Broome. She was a homemaker and member of Flint Groves Baptist Church, Gastonia, NC

SURVIVORS: Husband of 50 years: Bobby McFalls, Charlotte, NC Sons: Rev. Jeff McFalls and wife Libby, Crawfordville, FL Mike McFalls and wife Jeannie, Charlotte, NC Daughter: Sharron McFalls, Charlotte, NC Her Grandchildren whom she loved dearly: Zac, Emilee, Doran, Maddie, and Abbi. Caring Sister: Emily Watkins, Harrisburg, NC

GRAVESIDE SERVICE: Mountain Rest Cemetery, Friday, August 12, 2011 2:00 P.M. Rev. Jeff McFalls and Rev. Chris Howell, officiating.

VISITATION: 12:30 - 1:30 P.M. Friday, August 12, 2011 prior to the service at Harris Funeral Home, Kings Mountain, North Carolina

INTERMENT: Mountain Rest Cemetery, Kings Mountain, North Carolina
