Sylvia Diane (Melton) Roberts

DATELINE:  KINGS MOUNTAIN, NORTH CAROLINA Sylvia Diane Roberts Sylvia Diane Roberts, 70, of Kings Mountain, NC, passed away on February 08, 2023 at Caromont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia, NC. She was born in Gaston County, NC, daughter of the late Earl and Willie Mae Scruggs Melton and was preceded in death by a sister, Billie Sue Payne. Diane worked as a hairdresser for most of her life and was a devoted member of Harvest Baptist Church. She was a faithful servant of Christ. Everyone who met Diane knew of her love for the Lord and her family. She fiercely loved her family and made sure they were raised and cared for in a way that was pleasing to God. Diane was a wonderful caregiver and provider for those she loved. Her guidance, care, and loving spirit will never be forgotten by those who knew her.
