Tammy Lynnette Carroll, 57, of Kings Mountain, NC, passed away on August 30, 2026 at CaroMont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia, NC. She was born August 28, 1969 in Cleveland County, NC. Tammy was preceded in death by her father, Larry Lewis Carroll, step-father, Robert "Bobby" Ernst, and her grandparents, Opal and Lewis Carroll and Lois and Howard Bolt. Tammy was of the Baptist faith. She worked in textiles most of her life, dedicating many years of service to Ruppe Hosiery. Tammy was an avid music lover, especially classic rock and roll from the 1980's. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with her beloved grandchildren. Tammy will be missed greatly by all those who knew and loved her.

Mother: Linda Carroll Ernst, Kings Mountain, NC

Brothers: Ricky Lewis Carroll (Jackie), Kings Mountain, NC and Larry Dean Carroll (Michelle), Shelby, NC

Step-Daughter: Chasity Greene, Indiana

Grandchildren: Delaney Greason, Adelynn Greason and Rilee Noblitt

Step-Brother: Robbie Ernst, Kings Mountain, NC

FUNERAL SERVICE: Friday, September 4, 2026 at 2:00 PM in the Ollie Harris Memorial Chapel

VISITATION: Friday, September 4, 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:50 PM prior to the service at Harris Funeral Home

INTERMENT: Mountain Rest Cemetery, Kings Mountain, North Carolina
