Virginia "Gin" Byers Moore

VIRGINIA “GIN” BYERS MOORE
- Virginia “Gin” Byers Moore, age 93, a resident of Kings Mountain, NC departed on her new journey on Saturday, March 5, 2016 from Carolina Care Center, Cherryville, NC. Born in Mills Spring, NC, daughter of the late John Melvin Byers and the late Sue McGuinn Byers and was also preceded in death by her husband of 35 years, George Oscar Moore, five daughters, three grandchildren and one brother. She attended Macedonia Baptist Church, Kings Mountain and was a former employee of Kings Mountain Convalescent Center and a homemaker who loved gardening and being outdoors.

MEMORIAL SERVICE: Ollie Harris Memorial Chapel, Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at
4:00 P.M. Dr. Robert Eng and Rev. Wally Kelly,
officiating.

VISITATION: 3:00 to 4:00 P.M. prior to the service at Harris Funeral Home
