Zeldia Hope Carr

ZELDIA HOPE CARR - Zeldia Hope Carr, age 80, resident of White Oak Manor, Shelby, NC went to be with the Lord on December 17, 2012 at Wendover Hospice, Shelby, NC. She was born in Cleveland Co, NC to the late George J. Hope and Maggie Humphries Hope. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Barry Carr, 4 sisters and 7 brothers. Mrs. Carr was a graduate of the School for the Deaf, Morganton, NC and was retired from Duke Power Company. She was a loving sister who loved basketball, playing while she was in school. Zeldia touched many lives and was a wonderful wonderful person.

INTERMENT: Mountain Rest Cemetery, Kings Mountain, North Carolina
