Adam Kale Wood

Adam Kale Wood, 19, of Kings Mtn, NC, passed away unexpectedly on February 19, 2021 in Kings Mountain, NC. Born in Shelby, NC, he was the son of Robert I Wood and Joy Sutton Wood. He was preceded in death by maternal grandparents Roy and Patricia Sutton. Kale, was a 2019 graduate of Bessemer City High School. He was employed as manager of Autobell in Gastonia. He enjoyed playing baseball, being outdoors, hunting, fishing, playing golf and traveling with friends. He loved music and attending concerts. He loved spending as much time with his friends as possible.

SURVIVORS: In addition his parents he is survived by: One Brother: Robert Andrew Wood, Kings Mountain, NC Grandparents: Dean and Faye Paysour, Shelby, and Clyde and Valerie Wood, Clemson, SC Aunt: Tammy Ramsey, Kings Mountain Cousins: Erika Phillips and Alex Ramsey, Kings Mountain, NC; Alex Godlock, Charlotte, NC Many other close relatives too numerous to list.

FUNERAL SERVICE: Wednesday February 24, 2021 at 2:00 PM at First Assembly of God 777 S. Myrtle School Road, Gastonia, NC 28052 with Rev. Steve Fain officiating.

VISITATION: Tuesday February 23, 2021 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at First Assembly of God 777 S. Myrtle School Road, Gastonia NC 28052

Covid-19 protocols and social distancing will be practiced.

INTERMENT:  Long Creek Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Kings Mountain, North Carolina
