David E. Upchurch

David E. Upchurch, 51, of Mentone, AL, formerly of Kings Mountain, NC  passed away on January 20, 2023 at Atrium Health in Shelby, NC.  Born in Cleveland, NC, He was Son of the late Jack Dean UpChurch and Doris Bolton Upchurch Patrick and was preceded in death by brother-in-law, Mark Moore.  David was a wonderful son, brother, uncle and friend who will truly be missed.   He enjoyed every aspect of life and especially enjoyed spending time with his sisters, nieces and nephews.  He worked in the trucking industry for many years.
