Jeannette (Bolin) Robinson

DATELINE: GROVER, NORTH CAROLINA Jeannette Robinson Jeannette Robinson, 89, of Grover, NC, passed away surrounded by her family on March 22, 2021 at her home. She was born in Cherokee County, SC, daughter of the late Ervin "Bud" and Nannie Bell Wray Bolin and was preceded in death by her husband of fifty-three years, Jimmy Robinson. She was also preceded in death by her son, Buddy Robinson, her brothers, Ed, J.D., Carl, Robert, Lester, Charles, and Doc Bolin, and her sister Della Henderson. Jeannette, affectionately known as "Granny" by her family and friends, was a lifelong member of Shiloh Presbyterian Church. She worked in textiles for many years. Granny was a true example of selflessness and unconditional love. She cherished love, kindness, and relationships over material things. Jeannette enjoyed growing beautiful flowers and spending many hours outside tending to her yard. She was a wonderful mother, loving grandmother and great grandmother, and cherished friend to many.
