Mary Paisley Woods, 66, of Kings Mountain, NC, passed away on March 19, 2024. She was born in Lincoln County, NC, daughter of the late Joe Smith Paisley and Ola Mae Horne Paisley and was preceded in death by a sister, Gail Reynolds. Mary was a homemaker all of her life. She was a member of Riverwood Worship Center in Gastonia, NC. Mary enjoyed spending time knitting and crocheting in her spare time. She loved spending time with her family and her beloved canine companions. Mary lived a simple life and took pleasure in simple things. She was a wonderful mother, sister, aunt and friend who will be missed dearly by all those who knew her. 

SURVIVORS: Son: Michael Brendle, Kings Mountain, NC

Grandchildren: Scotty Brendle, Jordan Brendle, and Brittany Walls 

Sisters: Bobbi Wallace (Jeff), Gastonia, NC, and Rachel Pervine, Kings Mountain, NC

Brother-in-law: Tim Reynolds, Kings Mountain, NC

GRAVESIDE SERVICE: Sunday, March 24, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Bessemer City Cemetery with Pastor Jay Price officiating

VISITATION: Sunday, March 24, 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM prior to the service at Harris Funeral Home

INTERMENT: Bessemer City Cemetery, Bessemer City, NC
