Ralph Frederick Dellinger Sr.

Ralph Frederick Dellinger Sr., 83, of Clover, SC, went to be with the Lord on September 29, 2023 at his home. He was born in Caldwell County, NC, son of the late Charlie Frederick and Elsie Marie Price Dellinger and was preceded in death by his devoted wife of 62 years, Dorothy Phillips Dellinger. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Andrew "Cracker" Dellinger, 2 sisters, Irene Randolph and Blanche Bridges, and a granddaughter, Keisha Mull. Affectionately known to many as "Dickie". Mr. Dellinger was the owner and operator of D&D Sanitation in Clover for close to 40 years. He was a lifetime member of Chestnut Ridge Baptist Church, a member of the Fairview Masonic Lodge 339, Scottish Rights and a member of the Oasis Shrine Club for 54 years. Dickie enjoyed working hard and was a wonderful provider. He would often take day trips to the mountains, especially in the fall to enjoy the majesty of the changing colors. His family was always most important to him and enjoyed taking camping trips with loved ones. Dickie was so devoted to family, he never missed a birthday, holiday, or family event. He especially enjoyed Christmas time spent with his family. His loyalty, generosity, and love will be missed greatly by all who knew him.

Grandchildren: Joshua Blanton (Caylin), Brian Blanton (Lacey), April Sprouse (Frankie), Adam Farris (Brittany), and Jessica Farris (Tracy)

12 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great-Great Grandchild 

Step-son: Todd McCraw (Laura)

Bonus Daughters: Kathy Whitson Dellinger and Donna Jean Gates

Bonus Son: John Edward Mull Jr.

FUNERAL SERVICE: Sunday, October 1, 2023 at 3:00 PM at Chestnut Ridge Baptist Church with Reverends Greg Neely and Richard Brown officiating

VISITATION: Sunday, October 1, 2023 from 1:30 PM to 2:50 PM prior to the service at Chestnut Ridge Baptist Church

INTERMENT: Chestnut Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery
