Richard Paul Dover, 75, of Dallas, NC, passed away on March 14, 2021 at his home.  He was born in York County, SC, son of the late Jeff and Pauline Darr Dover and was preceded in death by a brother, Phillip Dover. Richard retired from the textile industry after a lifetime of service. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. His love and guidance will be missed greatly by his loving family and friends.
SURVIVORS: Wife: Jane Darlene Treadway Dover, of the home
Daughters: Patty Hammett (Scott), Kings Mountain, NC and Pamela Dover (John Lee) Polkville, NC
Brothers: Danny Dover (Lois), Chester, SC, David Dover (Crystal),Clover, SC, Dale Dover, Columbia, SC, Gerald Dover (Teresa), York, SC, and Gary Dover (Danny), Monroe, NC
Sister: Rena Strawhorn, York, SC
Grandchildren: Michael Reynolds, AJ Dover, Johnny Sexton Jr., and Justin Sexton (Rachael)

FUNERAL SERVICE: Friday, March 19, 2021 at 12:00 PM in the Ollie Harris Memorial Chapel with Reverend Bruce Kiser officiating
VISITATION: Friday, March 19, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 11:50 AM prior to the service in the parlor of Harris Funeral Home 
INTERMENT: Gaston Memorial Park, Gastonia, NC
