Tammy Lynn Dotson, 58, of Kings Mountain, NC, passed away on June 09, 2022 at her home. She was born in Gaston County, NC, and was preceded in death by her father, William Watts, her step-father, Roy Brooks, and her brother, Chris Brooks. Tammy was a member of Royster Church of God and attended Westview Baptist Church in Bessemer City, NC. She worked as a manager for Dollar General Stores for 7 years. In her spare time, Tammy enjoyed shopping and spending time with her family. She was a wonderful wife, daughter, mother and grandmother who will be missed greatly by everyone who knew and loved her.

Mother: Peggy Brooks, Gastonia, NC
Sons: Brad Crumbley (Melinda) and Jonathan Crumbley, both of Gastonia, NC
Daughter: Ashley B. Abernathy (Jeremy), Dallas, NC 
Step-Daughter: Nebraya Dotson (Joseph Sanlin), Blacksburg, SC
Grandchildren: Lexi Lingerfelt, Madison Abernathy, Marley Bridges, Brennan Bridges, Madalyn Crumbley, Christian Crumbley, Alaya Sanlin, and Lana Sanlin
Aunt: Reba Barns (Jay), Gastonia, NC
Canine Companion: Molly

GRAVESIDE SERVICE: Monday, June 13, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery with Pastor Scott Rudisill officiating
VISITATION: Monday, June 13, 2022 from 12:30 PM to 1:45 PM prior to the service at Harris Funeral Home
INTERMENT: Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery, Kings Mountain, NC
