Wilma Marie Forrest
Wilma Marie Forrest, 88, of Kings Mountain, NC passed away on November 10, 2022 at Glenbridge Health and Rehab in Boone, NC.  She was born in Rutherford County, NC, daughter of the late Adam and Ollie McDaniel and was preceded in death by her husband John Forrest Sr., son Terry Guin, daughter Teresa Guin, 3 brothers, Franklin, Samuel, and Roger McDaniel, 2 sisters Louise Smith and Pat Mitchell, and a grandson Donnie Ramsey.
Ms. Wilma was described by her sisters as the "Queen Bee" of the family and provided unconditional love and protection for many of her family members during her life.  She was a devout Christian, a loving Mother, and a caring sister.  She always put her family before herself.  She was loved by many and will be missed dearly by all.
SURVIVORS: Sons: John Forrest Jr. (Michelle) of Boone, NC and Keith Guin (Glenda) of Thomasville, NC.  
Sibling survivors are Ruthell Huss (Carrol) of Monroe, NC, Brenda Dellinger (Michael) of Cherryville, NC, Larry McDaniel (Phyllis) of Dallas, NC, Wayne McDaniel (Tona) of Kings Mountain, NC, and Debra Craig of Cherryville, NC.
Grandchildren Justin Bridges, Lisa Dunbar, Kimmy Morrison, and Dwayne Ramsey.  
FUNERAL SERVICE: Sunday, November 13, 2022 at 2:00 PM in the Ollie Harris Memorial Chapel officiated by Larry McDaniel.
 
VISITATION:  Sunday, November 13, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 1:50 PM prior to the service at Harris Funeral Home
INTERMENT: Mountain Rest Cemetery, Kings Mountain, NC
