THOMAS FLOYD WRIGHT

Thomas Floyd Wright, 87 of Kings Mountain, NC, passed away on August 15, 2017 at Willow RIdge Nursing Facility in Rutherfordton, NC. Born in Cleveland county, he was son of the late Floyd Lawson Wright and Nellie Rachel Roberts Wright. He was also preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Ida Mae Cook Wright and 4 brothers and sisters. He was a member of Patterson Grove Baptist Church and was a Mason and member of the Grover State Line Mason Lodge. He was a retired supervisor with the textile industry.

Brother: Ralph Roger Wright, Newton-Conover, NC
5 Grandchildren: Michael Laney, Shannon Laney, Josh McLaughlin and wife Jodie; Isaac McLaughlin and wife Stephanie; Philip Wright and wife Erica;

FUNERAL SERVICE: Patterson Grove Baptist Church, Friday, August 18, 2017, 3:00 PM, officiated by Rev. Dr. Tim Hendrick.

VISITATION: 2:00 PM - 2:45 PM prior to the service at the church

INTERNMENT: Grover Cemetery, Grover North Carolina
